Terms of Service

1. The Service

MyPocket helps users organize and remember subscriptions, prepaid value, offline services, receivables, and related information. Features may include local text recognition, AI-assisted organization, voice transcription, reminders, risk inquiries, family sharing, and account synchronization.

2. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing information before saving it and for keeping it accurate. MyPocket does not complete, redeem, cancel, pay, collect, insure, or enforce any underlying subscription, benefit, balance, debt, or agreement.

3. AI and Risk Information

AI-generated results may be incomplete or incorrect. Risk-inquiry answers are general informational assistance and are not legal, financial, investment, insurance, or professional advice. You should verify important information independently before paying money or making a decision.

4. Accounts and Family Sharing

You must protect recovery credentials and access to your devices. A family member may view and change shared assets while sharing is active. You should share only with a person you trust.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans, prices, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and taxes are handled through the applicable app store and its terms. Available features and usage limits are shown in the app and may vary by plan or region.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, evade usage limits, submit unlawful content, or use MyPocket to harm another person or violate applicable law.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or product quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MyPocket is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. HongKong Truveltang Co., Limited is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user input, AI output, missed reminders, third-party services, or an underlying merchant or counterparty failing to perform.

9. Termination and Deletion

You may stop using MyPocket and request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access for serious abuse, security risks, or violations of these terms, subject to applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
